Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms are ideal for conferences and congresses held on a smaller scale or as breakout rooms in the context of larger events. With seating in rows, Meeting Room 1, with an area of 145 square metres, can accommodate up to 120 people. With an area of 180 square metres, Meeting Room 2is somewhat larger and can comfortably accommodate up to 140 people. When combined, Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 can accommodate up to 337 people. Meeting Room 3is our smallest meeting room. With an area of 70 square metres, up to 53 people can be seated here in rows.

Depending on the requirements, we can control the sound system of the meeting rooms either together or separately. The technical equipment is based on your requirements: headset or handheld microphone. Flipchart or projector and screen. Or exactlythe media technology you feel most comfortable with All rooms can beconveniently supplied by freight liftand have barrier-free access via the passenger lift. The large daylight windows can be darkened electrically so that, in combination with the LED ceiling lighting, the perfect lighting conditions can always be created.
